Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily billing activities and will work closely with five project managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Duties:

- Perform daily billing activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with five project managers to gather necessary information for invoicing.
- Process 15-20 invoices daily, verifying details and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain organized records of all billing transactions.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.
- Continuously improve billing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Compensation:
$__27__/hr to $__30___/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Required Skills & Experience

Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience with computerized billing and data entry, using systems like Great Plains or other electronic invoicing software.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, including Excel and Word.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Initiative: A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of leading initiatives and following through on commitments.
- Organization: Highly organized with proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Construction industry experience is highly desirable.

· Knowledge and familiarity of the WennSoft database program is a plus
