Insight Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team of an energy engineering firm in support of their design build mission critical portfolio. This position will sit out of Carlsbad, CA but will require occasional travel to project sites across the country. We are looking for a professional with experience leading/managing data center, telecom or mission critical infrastructure energy retrofit projects. The Sr. PM will coordinate closely with leadership to ensure project schedules and financials are well-informed and managed. They will ensure compliance with all construction and design standards, manage project documentation, and enforce quality control programs. The Sr. PM will develop plans for securing permits, maintain relationships with local utilities and government agencies, and ensure adherence to company safety standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
10+ years of experience managing substantial number of energy efficiency based retrofit projects simultaneously at values ranging between $200k-$5M.
Strong experience supporting building automation, HVAC, and controls projects with a focus on energy efficiency.
Experience working with data center, telecom or mission critical infrastructure energy retrofit projects.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
