Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Security Developer to join the team of one of their top clients in the Insurance space. This person will be a vital member of the security team, providing technical expertise in ServiceNow with a focus on Security Operations and Vulnerability Management. This role supports internal team "stakeholders" pushing ServiceNow security principles to production. You will create automated security workflows for incident triage, enrichment, containment actions, and reporting, as well as develop playbook automation and Security incident response (SIR) and Vulnerability response (VR). Candidates will collaborate with other teams and team members to ensure integration with other security systems and processes, and develop and maintain relevant documentation. An ideal candidate will positively impact the team by providing the latest ServiceNow technologies and best practices, analyze incidents and events to provide actionable security advice, and work with the security team to uncover vulnerabilities and maintain security platforms. Daily activities do not stop here, as candidates will develop knowledge base articles, and even helping train Help Desk staff on IT security tools. The candidate will work to implement all security platforms (CrowdStrike, Zscaler, Obsidian) while providing advice on security controls, and testing new technologies. This will be in support of the implementation of key security platforms participate in incident response activities. 8+ total years as a ServiceNow Developer
Certified App Developer
Certified Implementation Specialist-SIR and VR
5+ years of Automation within ServiceNow, security tool specific (Crowdstrike, Zscaler, and Obsidian)
5+ years with Flow Designer, creating business rules, scripted REST API's, and automating end to end workflows
5+years within CMBD in ServiceNow
5+ years and advanced Knowledge of Mitre Attack and NIST
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experiencing Integrating ServiceNow SecOps within an external security platforms
Knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, and IDPS concepts
