We are searching for a Project Manager to work onsite with one of our clients in the Santa Clara area. This individual will be starting on a contract basis to support this group with manufacturing expansion initiatives, working to grow the volume of the manufacturing capacity that we are expecting our client to deliver on in the coming months. This individual will be working tactically with individuals onsite, but also with senior leaderships to bring potential scenarios up in calculated findings, reports, etc. There are various other responsibilities including capital expense tracking, business excellence ideas, etc. that may be on their plate, if they are performing well with the capacity expansion efforts.

2+ years running complex operations/supply chain projects, ideally within a supply chain manufacturing environment
Strong communication/leadership skills
o Proactive/driver personality self-starting
o Proven experience working with both high-level leadership and boots-on-ground operations to drive improvements
Some operations/manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing Transfer / Capacity Expansion projects
- Process Excellence background (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
- Medical Device industry experience
