The individual in this role will collaborate with the Business Operations lead/Chief of Staff for the Identity, Foundational Commons (FC) and Customer Service (CS) domains (~1,000 FTEs), to sustain high-functioning, healthy technology organizations.
Your day to day:
* Work across the domains and assist with workforce planning, hiring facilitation and approvals.
* Assist with execution, follow up, and coordination of materials for all operating cadences including staff meetings, All-Hands meetings, Engineering health reviews, program, and strategy reviews.
* Drive special projects on an as-needed basis across a matrixed organization.
* Help with business frameworks, tools, and processes
* Assist with managing budgets
* Help to coordinate team engagement opportunities
* Be the first line of support for questions regarding budget policies, expense policies, hiring requests/follow-ups, purchasing and SOW reviews, contractor extensions and hires -- serving as a jack of all trades who can take the burden off teammates.
