Operations/Forecasting Analyst -- Contracts
Looking for an individual to come in and support the team by providing services focused within 2 main areas -- Revenue Forecasting and Contracts Administration. Roughly 70% of the focus will be based around revenue forecasting and 30% will be focused on contracts administration.
Revenue Forecasting -- This will be handling License/Royalty Revenue Management for the program (based on partner contractual obligations). This will involve following up on partner sales and forecast reporting, management and tracking of this data, as well as regular reporting of it internally. In short, this person will be required to have solid excel abilities and should be able to build excel workbooks to model and analyze revenue data. They should also be motivated and self-driven to track down the required data to ensure accurate forecasts are provided to leadership.
Contracts Administration -- This smaller portion of the position will be focused around engaging with consulting partners to -- bid, draft, monitor, and amend consulting contracts such as SOWs, POs, Change Requests, etc.

* 5-10+ years of experience in a mixed blend of the following areas specifically focused on revenue forecasting and contracts administration -- Revenue Analysis, Business Analysis, Operations Management, Contracts Administration, etc.
* Experience building Excel workbooks and data management/reporting is a must have. This person should be very skilled with excel and understand how to use formulas to model, analyze, and present revenue data.
* Experience developing and maintaining accurate forecasting models.
* Experience measuring the accuracy of forecasts vs actuals and creating systems to track accuracy.
* Experience taking accountability and ownership of completing consulting contracts -- SOW's, PO's, Change Requests, Amendments, Etc.
* Experience engaging with supplier consulting companies and pricing out services, handling contracts administration, and ensuring timely completion of consulting contracts by partnering with legal to push things through the process internally.
* Experience with royalty reporting and validation would be a home run but isn't required.
