A client of Insight Global is looking for a Program Integrated Master Scheduler to join their Program Management team. The Program Integrated Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the Integrated Master Schedule across all facets of the program, ensuring alignment with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables. The IMS will serve as the primary tool for coordinating and tracking program milestones, resources, and dependencies. The role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, superior planning skills, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks to program timelines. This position will be fully onsite and can sit in Irvine, CA or Bothell, WA or Macomb, MI.

5+ years of experience as a integrated master scheduler
Experience in managing large, complex programs or projects with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
Expertise in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project (preferred) or Primavera P6
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and other project scheduling techniques.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and schedule analysis tools.
Must have active Secret clearance
