A higher education client seeks a Salesforce Developer to design and implement solutions that enhance student success within our Salesforce Service Cloud environment, including the Student Success Hub (EDA) managed package. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and implementing standard and custom solutions on the Salesforce CRM platform. They will collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, a team BSA, the current team manager, and occasionally with functional area leads and users to deliver scalable, efficient integrated solutions that meet business requirements.

- 3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience and 5-7 years of overall Salesforce experience
- Prior experience working on Education Cloud or EDA (Education Data Architecture)
- Proficient in Salesforce development using Lightning Web Components / Apex.
- Ability to design and implement custom permission sets, groups, and role hierarchies within the Salesforce CRM environment.
- Experience developing and implementing Salesforce Flows & Screen Flows.
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce administration and platform development best practices
- Experience performing and participating in formal requirements-gathering processes with functional users
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer I
Experience developing/supporting data integrations via data extract uploads, APIs, and direct DB connections.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-base development approach.
Experience working at either the University of California, a public university, or in a higher education institution
Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or Platform Developer II
