Job Description

As a POS Help Desk Specialist, you will be reporting into
IT Tech Supervisor. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients who use our point-of-sale (POS) systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure smooth operation of POS systems, and deliver excellent customer service. This role offers around $27/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a POS support role.

* Proficiency in using ServiceNow for ticket management and NCR hardware (Oncore).

* Bilingual in Spanish and English

* Background in retail, grocery, or restaurants

Strong understanding of Windows PC and POS systems troubleshooting and support.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Grocery or retail POS experience
