Attend discovery sessions for implementations and enhancements
Provide end-to-end configuration of all objects for large systems changes and optimizations in alignment with the approved architectural design
Support end user requests and updates; monitor and action on help queue tickets, email and Slack communications. Conduct support shifts where applicable.
Conduct ongoing systems audits and operational updates to configuration (e.g. user access, template updates, report updates, etc.), collaborating with the Lead Sys Admin as needed
Support updates to design documentation and configuration workbooks as they relate to configuration optimization
Provide system configuration recommendations and Advise on custom form streamlining
Support user acceptance testing and training; work with the Lead Sys Admin to create test scripts; update any bugs found during testing
Support training, office hours, or other end-user support and education functions as needed

3+ years of experience in Workfront configuration and administration.
Strong understanding of system architecture and configuration best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and communicating technical information effectively to non-technical users.
Familiarity with user acceptance testing and creating test scripts.
Adobe Certified Professional Certification or similar
