The Service Sales Engineer/ Project Manager is responsible for full life cycle sales/business development and project management within the HVAC Controls construction industry. This individual will ensure project timelines and budgets are met while providing technical support in Building Automation Systems, Direct Digital Controls, HVAC Controls, and ALC systems.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC controls and construction sector
· Oversee the full life cycle of controls projects, from initial sales through to project completion
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
· Utilize your knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS), Building Management, Direct Digital Controls (DDC), and HVAC Controls to support sales and project management activities
· Demonstrate basic ALC system experience to effectively manage and troubleshoot control systems with the assistance of operational support teams such as Technicians and Project Engineers
· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and compliance with specification
Salary: 89,000-120,000 + comission

· 5+ years of Sales/Business Development experience within HVAC Controls/Construction
· Experience calling on end users, general contractors, or mechanical contractors and maintaining those relationships
· Ability to oversee the full life cycle of controls projects, from initial sales through to project completion
· Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service
· Technical experience:
o Building Automation Systems (BAS)
o Building Management
o Direct Digital Controls (DDC)
o HVAC Controls
o Basic ALC System knowledge -- preferred
