As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will assist the client servicing team in transitioning clients to a new custodial bank. Your responsibilities include onboarding new client accounts by collecting required documentation, generating forms, and managing client signatures. You will maintain existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring key information is up to date. Additionally, you will act as a liaison with clients and third parties, fielding inquiries and coordinating appropriate responses.
