SAP BO Landscape Monitoring (system monitoring during business hours and weekends from 5 AM to 5 PM PST)
Continuous monitoring support
Planned Downtime Support (twice a month for windows patching activity)
Incident and Change Management
Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management
Service Level Reporting (SLR) /Monthly Operational Reporting (MOR)
Report Promotions
System/Platform Upgrade Support
Vendor Coordination (collaboration with SAP vendor for standard SAP related issues)
Disaster Recovery Testing

5-7 years of experience within SAP BO/Denodo
Incident and Change Management Expereince
Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management experience
Expereince with disater recovery testing
