Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage transactional processing with accuracy and timeliness. This role includes reviewing and processing vendor invoices, validating approvals in line with company policies, and entering data into applicable systems. The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle customer service inquiries, escalate issues when necessary, and consistently perform standard, repeatable procedures. Additional responsibilities involve analyzing complex transactions, managing special projects, and collaborating with vendors, franchisees, and field management. A strong ability to multi-task, maintain professionalism, and uphold company standards is essential for success in this position.

PR: $26-$28 HR

Required Skills & Experience

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

- 1-3 years accounting/bookkeeping experience, including automated general ledger systems and data entry

- Knowledge of automated General Ledger systems (PeopleSoft preferred)

- Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including: MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

- Experience with Emburse (Chrome River) and Rasnet
