Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This role involves reviewing payroll data, addressing employee and manager inquiries about paychecks, and educating staff on payroll procedures and timelines. The Payroll Specialist will prepare reports for relevant departments, provide project support as needed, and collaborate with Human Resources to manage employee changes like new hires and terminations. Additionally, they will work with accounting to ensure precise financial reporting and assist in conducting internal payroll audits to identify and address any potential issues. Proficiency in payroll processes, strong organizational skills, and effective communication are key for success in this position.

- 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or benefits preferred
- High level of accuracy in data entry and calculations to prevent payroll errors
- Clear communication with employees, management, and other departments regarding payroll inquiries and concerns
- Superior analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues effectively
- Experience with Emburse (Chrome River) and Rasnet
