Insight Global is seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the daily operations of franchise billing and monitor incoming payments. This role involves creating and distributing billing invoices with supporting documentation, applying cash payments, and performing month-end close activities like account reconciliations. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will ensure that the sub-ledger and general ledger are balanced while providing excellent customer service to resolve payment-related inquiries promptly. Additionally, they will collaborate with vendors, franchisees, and corporate team members, file documentation in compliance with record retention policies, and perform other responsibilities as required. A detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment will excel in this position.
