You will design electronic circuit boards using FPGAs, digitizers, DACs, memory, multiplexers, regulators, ASICs, and other components. You will assist in making instrument architecture decisions with other engineers and collaborate with marketing and manufacturing teams. You will use simulation, schematic capture, and layout tools, and document your designs, including design goals, core concepts, theory of operation, details, and troubleshooting techniques. You will also facilitate the transition of designs to full production and delivery.
Salary range: $86,000.00 - $143,000.00

- Experience in programming and simulating Verilog or VHDL designs in FPGAs.
- Experience in firmware or software development
- Knowledge of communication systems, including architectural tradeoffs and partitioning impacts.
- Experience with Mentor or similar design tools including schematic capture and layout
- Experience with electronic test and measurement equipment
- Knowledge of digital signal processing (DSP)
