Insight Global is looking to onboard an Office Coordinator in Irvine, CA. This individual will be responsible for supporting directors and leaders of product within the Innovation organization and will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. This role requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual must have excellent presentation skills and experience with PowerPoint. This is a 3-month contract to hire and will be onsite 5 days a week in Irvine, CA. The pay range for this role is $22-$25/hr.

2+ years of experience as an Office Coordinator, Admin, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role
Extensive experience with MS 365, including PowerPoint (Canva is a plus)
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional organization and task management skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment
