Insight Global is seeking a marine elevator electrician to support one of our largest federal clients in San Diego. This individual will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance on aircraft and/or weapons elevators aboard military vessels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Perform a variety of skilled trades, maintenance, and technical tasks on aircraft carrier elevators, cargo handling systems, and related equipment
- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and preventative maintenance tasks of electrical systems
- Schedules, reports and briefs customers and senior management
- Work with motors, motor controllers, limit switches, proximity switches, hydraulic pumping units, hybrid relays, and standard electronic module controllers

- Experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of marine hydraulic electrical systems highly desired.
- Prior Shipboard experience
