Job Description
As a Program Manager at PayPal, you will:
Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and consistent solutions using applicable tools and processes.
Work closely with various levels of business and Engineering/Data Science/Analytics stakeholders to create innovative design solutions.
Drive execution across all phases of projects by connecting engineering with Architecture, Partner, and Product teams.
Resolve program-level issues, leveraging scrum-of-scrums as needed.
Partner with Business and Technology leadership to establish a solid understanding of the vision, purpose, and expected business benefits of a program.

Required Skills & Experience
- Intermediate data/cloud skills.
- Project management experience with tools like JIRA, - ServiceNow, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of data science lifecycle processes, tools, and techniques.
- 4-6 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (technology, engineering, management).
