The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for customer site preparation consultation, on-site installation, implementation planning, maintenance and repair of ATE systems solutions. This will include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Install and optimize hardware/software products and configurations at customer sites. Perform on-site calibration services per the client recommended calibration intervals. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve product performance problems. Perform on-site maintenance and repair services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance, best known methods/practices, and configurations, which may impact product system uptime performance.

- At least associates degree or equivalent years of experience
- Industry experience on ATE Equipment
- 10-15 years of maintenance or technician experience
