We are seeking a skilled Power BI Analyst to join our client based in San Diego. This role involves developing data models for client-facing analytics and business reviews. The ideal candidate will be adept at combining various data sources, identifying and stacking orders from different systems, and populating measures from Snowflake into Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain data models within PowerBI for client-facing analytics.
Populate measures into Power BI and handle related side projects, including semantic models and submission pipelines.
Understand and work with various data sources, primarily using Snowflake and T-SQL.
Review and write SQL code
Implement adjustments in Power BI, including DAX and deployment to a development space.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret requirements and address issues.
Develop SQL views in Snowflake and integrate them into Power BI.
Manage the pipeline report, refresh schedules, and Power BI UI development.

Experience with M Code for data modeling and Power Query.
Strong knowledge of DAX and T-SQL.
Ability to write SQL queries to bring data from Snowflake into Power BI.
Familiarity with Snowflake or any SQL database (e.g., Hadoop, anything using SQL Server Management Studio).
Experience in full life cycle Power BI dashboard development, including data extraction and dashboard creation.
Understanding of SQL functions such as CTEs, Temp Tables, partitions, and order by clauses.
