Hourly Pay Rate: $38
Insight Global's clients, a credit union headquartered in Sacramento CA, is looking for a Learning Specialist to join the Enterprise Development and Communications team. This person is responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences for employees, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. This specialist will be developing technical and behavioral training programs based on the assessment of the employee's development needs and providing appropriate resources. This resource will be creating training materials using various eLearning tools including RISE and Storyline.
