SKILLS REQUIRED
Troubleshooting and staging experience with servers, desktops, cameras, and network equipment.
Experience with system integration and APIs.
Proficiency in Servers, RAID configurations, disk arrays, and Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) system administration
Security mind set in handling access, data and communications
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead Zoom/Teams meetings.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a sense of urgency.
Diplomacy, tact, and professionalism under pressure.
Highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, takes ownership of issues, and enjoys bringing them to a successful conclusion.
Process-oriented with the ability to identify and improve processes.
Demonstrated customer service skills, including examples of transforming challenging customer situations into positive experiences.
Experience with inventory control management, including auditing, tracking, and inventory order placements.
Experience with Active Directory, sccm, powershell, ansible, bash, python, API and camera systems is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
Relevant certifications in IT support, security, or loss prevention are a plus.
