Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret cleared Network Technician to support a federal client of ours onsite in San Diego CA This role will directly support the government customer with Network support, including switch configuration and turning ports on/off. The day to day includes:
• Layer 1 and 2 network troubleshooting
• Diagnosing network issues
• Routing and switching
• Working with Cisco, Brocade, and Juniper devices
• General customer service
• Developing and following standards and procedures for Network Operations

Required Skills & Experience
Active Secret clearance
Security+ certification
3+ years of network support experience
