A client of Insight Global is seeking an ERP Functional Analyst to assist with ERP implementation projects for public sector clients. This role is 75% Functional, 25% Technical. Individuals will:
Partner with client delivery teams with the implementation of the Human Resource Management (HRM) components of proprietary internal ERP solution within the public sector.
Prioritize initiatives based on the business needs and requirements
Bring expertise in HRM including but not limited to Position Control, Payroll, Time & Leave, Personnel Management, and Benefits and, or Deductions
Collaborate closely with clients and co-workers to document business processes/requirements for HRM activities, recommend process improvements, configure the HRM application for client use, and test the application configuration
Responsible for providing status reports to project managers and monitor the timely completion of scheduled tasks
Participate in a collaborative Agile Environment

10+ years of experience with configuring and managing ERP applications within HR, Payroll or Finance
Extensive hands-on experience with HRM Modules such as Finance, Payroll, Employee Records, HR Reporting, Compensation, Tax Reporting, Position Control, Personnel Management, and Benefits/Deductions
ERP Systems can include PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or Workday, etc
Ability to lead coordinate and perform functional tasks related to Systems Development Lifecycle SDLC
Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments
