Job Description

An employer for a large dental support organization is looking for a Level 1 Service Desk/Help Desk Analyst to join a team of 10+ members. This person will provide software and network support, and troubleshooting to solve technology issues. This person will be answering phone calls (average 40-50calls/day) and completing the technology issues and tickets. Responsibilities include: Printer issues, password resets, some incidents, resetting AD passwords, ticketing/ITIL, and provide excellent customer services to employees.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2+ years of experience in a Service Desk/Help Desk technician (level 1)
1+ year of experience with ticketing system (Service Now, Jira, Remedy, ITIL ticketing system, etc)
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office - O365
1+ year of experience with Active Directory
Excellent customer service skills & communications skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

BA Degree
ITIL Certifications
