A company in San Diego is looking for a Category Management Advisor to join their IT portfolio team within the Supply Management group. The Category Management Advisor plays a critical role in driving strategic sourcing and procurement excellence within the company's IT department. This position will focus on developing and executing category strategies for high-impact IT spend categories, with a particular emphasis on large-scale managed services deals with major consulting firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC). This is a fully remote position.

10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a strong focus on IT categories.
Proven experience in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts, particularly with major consulting firms.
Experience negotiating and redlining either IT managed services or IT professional services
Ability to work PST hours
