Qualifications:
Experience:
o Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on storage, backup, and cloud solutions.
o Proven experience with NetApp storage systems, PURE Storage, Rubrik backup solutions, and Azure Blob Storage.
Technical Skills:
o Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB) and storage area networks (SAN).
o Proficiency in managing Windows and/or Linux servers.
o Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
o Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools.
o Expertise in Azure Blob Storage, including design, implementation, and management.
Soft Skills:
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
