Job Description

The Project Coordinator is responsible for tracking and monitoring project data completeness and data accuracy. The Project Coordinator oversees project procedures for collecting data and manages data QA/QC. The Project Coordinator supports organizational change management and community-based outreach activities.

Responsibilities

-(20%) Project Process Management - Project coordinators play a major role in conflict resolution and problem solving on a wide variety of risks and issues as project roadblocks are encountered. The Project Coordinator will identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

-(30%) Tracks, reports and analyzes performance, measure results and indicators. The Project Coordinator should assist in maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.

- (30%) Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business and regulatory challenges. Including supporting organizational change management and community-based outreach engagement activities.

- (15%) Performs special cost and project requirement studies as assigned.

- (5%) Performs other project coordinator duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience doing project/program coordination
- Data management or data entry experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience in the energy, utility, or clean transportation space
- Smartsheet experience
- Power BI experience
