An employer sitting California is looking to hire a Remote Plant 3D Administrator to support their team. He/She will be responsible for modifying, customizing, and configuring AutoCAD Plant 3D setup in accordance with client standards and preferences, including creating and maintaining piping specifications and catalogs and creating and customizing report files specific to Plant 3D projects. With the new integration of the Plant 3D software for the client, responsibilities include serving as ongoing Plant 3D administrative support for both internal and external users, which includes creating and maintaining custom components requested by client designers and multiple vendors. This will be a full time position M-Friday 8-5pm PST hours, (paying between $40-60/hour).

- 5-10+ years of AutoDesk and AutoCAD Plant 3D software
- Mechanical and Piping Design Experience
- Experience with piping specifications, component modeling and rollout, material descriptions, and maintenance
- Background in mechanical piping design for industrial/utility/petrochemical industries (including knowledge of piping design packages, typical asme/astm material descriptions etc)
- Experience with Spec Editor and Report Creators
