An enterprise eCommerce company is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. The main responsibilities include:
Collaborating with Security Engineers, Architects, and leadership to document security practices and processes.
Creating presentations and instructional documents for engineers.
Developing architectural and process diagrams.
Reviewing, editing, and updating technical documentation for cloud services.

4+ years of experience as a technical writer in IT or software development.
2+ years of experience writing security requirements, policies, or practices..
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, GitHub, and Google Docs.
Ability to create data visualizations and infographics.
Attention to detail and proficiency in professional English.
Preferred experience with AWS, cloud hosting, and security in multi-tenant environments
