The Senior Network/VoIP Administrator, working under the global design and security standards is responsible for the
support of the voice and network infrastructure across the LA Live campus (incorporating the Crypto.com arena, Peacock
Theater, The Novo and our corporate office). The role provides a variety of technical duties which include, but are not
limited to the installation, maintenance, upgrades, documentation, problem diagnostics and day to day support of our
network and voice infrastructure across the campus. The role also includes supporting our customers, tenants and events
across the campus.

AA/AS Degree (2-year) Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field.
A minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience in engineering and IT support required.
Experience with the following technologies: Cisco network hardware and software, Cisco Unified Communications hardware and software, SIP trunking, UCCaaS, ServiceNow.
Experience Managing CISCO Call Manager VoIP system
Ability to rack, stack, and lift IT/Telecom equipment up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
Knowledge of 110 punch down blocks, ability to crimp RJ45 connectors in T-568B wiring standard.
Ability to configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure including port configurations and VLAN changes.
Experience with CAT 5/CAT 6
Analog services familiarity with punch down tool
