Job Description

A top national environmental and engineering consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee our Roseville, California office. In this role, youll shape regional operations, drive business development, and deliver projects. Your operational responsibilities will include managing our physical office space, coordinating with property managers and corporate contacts, leading and mentoring a diverse team, implementing cost control measures, and managing local resources in coordination with multiple service line clients. On the business development front, youll assist in expanding our regional work, network at industry events, develop proposals, and cultivate strong client relationships to secure repeat business and new partnerships. For project delivery, youll apply best practices in project management, maintain excellent communication with clients, and lead multi-disciplinary teams through all project phases, from site assessment to remedial implementation. Projects will require remediation and hazardous materials experience. This role also offers the opportunity to transition from project management to program management or project director roles, mentoring and guiding others in the field. This position pays up to 150k annually.

- 10 years of environmental consulting experience
- Remediation experience
- Hazardous waste management experience
