Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Veterinarian to join a committed team at a full-service animal hospital in Castro Valley, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to a range of pets, including dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics. Duties include conducting wellness exams, performing surgeries, diagnostics, and preventative care services. The veterinarian will collaborate with a close-knit team, including a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), veterinary assistant, and an experienced DVM, to deliver excellent patient care and client communication.



The Veterinarian will leverage the clinic's advanced tools and technology to manage a variety of cases, including orthopedic and soft tissue surgeries. A strong focus is placed on pet wellness and preventative care, with services like vaccinations, microchipping, dental care, dietary planning, on-site lab testing, and more.

Required Skills & Experience

* DVM degree or equivalent from an accredited veterinary program

* Valid veterinary license in the state of California

* 1+ years of working experience

* Ability to perform surgeries and general medical procedures

* Interested in working with exotic animals

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Dedication to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience with exotic animals and pocket pets

* Familiarity with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology
