SEO Specialist - INTL IRE/England

Position Overview:
One of our enterprise level partners in medical devices is searching for a hands-on SEO Specialist to work with our Global SEO Leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy for Europe and the Middle East. This role involves supporting various SEO activities, including content, technical, and localized SEO, as well as managing local search listings and assisting with KPI alignment and target setting.

Responsibilities:
Support the overall health and growth of the organic search channel.
Assist in defining and executing SEO strategy roadmaps.
Apply knowledge of keyword research, content strategy, technical SEO, on-site SEO, local SEO, and Google algorithm updates.
Build and execute testing roadmaps to drive success in search engine performance.
Use analytical skills to inform and dictate strategy.
Conduct SEO-related website QA for campaigns.
Recommend optimizations and additional investments in line with strategic direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, data science, and insights, to unlock growth opportunities.
Develop and report on organic search KPIs to drive data-based optimizations.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an SEO specialist.
Relevant experience with SEO-related Content Strategy, and experience working with creative and copywriting teams to achieve marketing goals.
Experience in SEO competitive analysis.
Relevant experience with local SEO platforms such as Google Business Profiles, as well as local search aggregators.
Strong understanding of search engine behavior and tactics.
Familiarity with Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with SEO tools/platforms including SEMRUSH, Screaming Frog and others.
Support development of Organic Search KPIs and reporting cadence to drive data-based optimizations and inform stakeholders on overall organic search performance on monthly and quarterly basis.

Nice to Have:
Experience working for medical device or healthcare technology companies.
Prior agency-side or in-house agency experience is helpful.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
