This position is responsible for greeting guests and directing inquiries from vendors and clients. This person is
also responsible for maintaining low-level access requests. The ideal candidate will create a positive, welcoming
environment for F5 employees, clients and guests, while assisting with maintaining a high level of professionalism
when providing various administrative assistance to F5 other teams. The candidate must be able to multitask in
an environment with frequent interruptions. A positive attitude, strong communication and organizational skills are

Greet all visitors and guests and perform basic security processes
* Managing visitor security access card distribution and retrieval process
* Verify, create and produce new user badges per defined GWS guidelines, when needed
* Enter in 3rd party vendor tickets when required
* Managing and maintaining the appearance of the reception area
* Providing customer service for employees, visiting clients/visitors
* Maintaining the appearance of common areas and break rooms
* Appropriately route all incoming/outgoing mail and packages from couriers
* Receiving, sorting, distribution and shipping of mail and packages
* Process and track Fed Ex label requests as necessary
* Replenish, restock and inventory all necessary office supplies
-Solid organizational skills

-Ability to multi-task in fast paced, demanding environment
-Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal with the public and staff in a courteous, pleasant and professional manner
- 3-5 years of work experience in reception, customer service and/or operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
