Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer specializing in Cloud services. The day to day of this individual will look like responsibility for development, modification, application and maintenance of quality standards and processes applicable to Technical Services. Collaborates with Global Technical Service, Field Service, Cloud Operations and Digital Health teams to ensure quality standards are in-place and applied in respective operational environments. This position will primarily support the medical device companies cloud products. This position is 4 days a week on-site in Lake Forest, CA.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience within quality engineering in a GMP industry (medical device or helathcare preffered)
Experience with regulatory standards in the medical device industry, including FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HIPAA and GDPR
Experience with cloud platforms AWS or cloud infratructure management, software release deployment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project
