Job Description

Hourly Pay Rate: $35-$38
The Technical Writer will work under the direction of the Knowledge Management Director. They will play a critical role in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, including procedures, manuals, guides, and other technical content. The expertise in organizing complex information will be instrumental in enhancing the usability and accessibility of our product documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in technical writing
Able and willing to examine current procedures and rewrite them
Hands on experience with KM Platforms
Able to work independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in Fintech industries
