Job Description

One of our federal clients is looking for a Junior Cost Analyst to join their team onsite in Irvine, CA. This person will perform cost analyst duties, including development, evaluation, and quality assurance of cost estimates for IT systems. Provide analytical solutions like LCCEs, NPV, ROI, IRR, and business case documentation. Tasks will include data collection, normalization, cost analysis, risk analysis, and visualizations. Experience in managing complex projects and communicating progress is essential. Thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute effectively to working groups
Salary for this role is $80k - $100k

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree, 3+ years in cost analysis, and experience with Crystal Ball, ACEIT, SEER-SEM, or @RISK.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Aviation or construction experience
- PMP, PE, and/or any other relevant Professional Licensure or Certification, or cost engineer certification i.e. CCE, CCP
