Must Haves:
Experience designing cohesive, engaging interactions across an entire ecosystem
Experience being hands-on and has contributed to creating different platform interactions
Ability to be the sole design member of a team, can run on their own and manage their workload
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, work on tight timelines, and with limited resources
Passion or experience in a health, wellness, or fitness environment
Flexibility to manage all types of design: wireframes, prototypes, MVPs that can go to market, etc.
Design experience within mobile/app, web, and hardware
Strategic mindset that can ideate with the team on product and business goals
Startup experience
Cross-functional work experience with engineering, strategy, solution architect, and research teams

Health and wellness startup experience
Strong product design experience in mobile/app, web, and hardware spaces
