Insight Global is looking for an Airtable Consultant to join the Marketing Organization of one of our top Retail clients. This person will be the main Airtable POC for the Marketing team to handle everything from helping users get onboarded and up and running, providing Level 1 support and training when needed, creating training materials, and acting as the liaison to work with owning team to relay any integrations or feature change requests the team has. This person will be the only person communicating to the team owning the Airtable tool.

2-3 years of hands on experience with Airtable (owning and configuring the tool)
Experience providing Level 1 support and training for users in Airtable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working cross functionally with a Product Manager and Project Manager that will help owns the tool from a roadmap and planning perspective
Experience developing training materials
