The Engineering Change Program Manager is the single point of contact for Change Orders that effect their given Product Group. They manage and oversee the entire processing of the Change Order (CO) from submittal thru implementation; Program manage/problem solve cross-functional issues affecting the timely processing and execution of COs. Responsible for managing the implementation of CO material-impact changes and ensuring deliverables required for factory implementation are complete to meet planned effectivity dates. Work closely with groups from Global Product Group, Global Operations, Customer Support Business Group, etc as related to Change Control and must possess the ability to effectively operate cross-functionally at various levels of the organization. This position can pay up to $89.65/hr based on experience.

- 8+ years of experience working in Engineering Change or similar Engineering roles
- Proven working experience in program management or supply chain within the Semi-Conductor or electronics sector
- Process knowledge in PLM (Enovia) and ERP (SAP) required
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or Engineering
