Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Literary Agent to join one of our fastest growing gaming companies in the Bay Area! The Literary Agent will be responsible for sourcing new and established romance authors, and managing author relationships. This role requires an individual who is highly connected within the romance writing community, has strong familiarity with major web novel platforms, and possesses exceptional skills in contract negotiation and licensing. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with key authors, discovering potential breakout writers, and expanding a library of romance content.

Required Skills & Experience

-Proven experience as a literary agent, editor, or talent manager, particularly in the romance genre.
-Strong connections with romance authors and a network within the web novel and digital publishing communities.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to identify and nurture emerging talent.
-A passion for romance novels and storytelling.
