Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team in El Cajon. The ideal candidate will have experience working with VRF Systems, Large Package Systems, and Split Systems. This role requires a Universal EPA Certification and involves performing preventative maintenance at various sites. This position will be working at multiple sites using a company vehicle and will be operating under standard business hours. This technician will be on call periodically throughout the month.

Required Skills & Experience

-High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or apprenticeship preferred.

-Universal EPA Certification is required.

-Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, particularly with VRF Systems, Large Package Systems, and Split Systems.

-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

-Availability to be on call for 1 week out of the month.

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

-Understanding of Building Automation Systems or HVAC Controls
