Salesforce is seeking a proactive and dedicated Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Sourcer will play a critical role in identifying and engaging highly skilled sales-focused candidates (AEs, SDRs, BDRs) to support our recruiting efforts in AMER. This role involves supporting the top of funnel sourcing to drive surge hiring efforts.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Source or similar role in the HR department sourcing for sales talent
Strong understanding of sourcing tools, HR systems (including Workday ATS preferably), and candidate management systems.
