Job Description

- Be part of a global team and complex business transformation program, leading all aspects of testing activities across business, enterprise applications, diversified set of stakeholders and 40+ countries
- As part of the program leadership team, this role will be focused on managing testing preparation and execution of testing cycles and activities including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and performance testing
- You will collaborate with Live Nation employees (functional and IT/technical representatives), our system implementation partner and our program management office (PMO)
- You will be responsible for working with Global Process Owners to identify scope of testing for each testing cycle, working with division leads to validate test scope and to identify testers
- You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting of daily/weekly testing progress to ensure teams are on track, defects are being identified and effectively resolved, issues or delays are being escalated to upper management to ensure the overall testing timeline remains on track
- You will facilitate testing kick-off and exit meetings for each testing cycle
- This is a temporary role for 6-8 months with the potential to extend role to continue to support testing or support additional activities related to the financial systems transformation

Required Skills & Experience

This role is a benefits-eligble position under our clients payroll. It is a 6-8 month position with possibilitiy of extension. The hourly rate range is $60-$75/hr.

This Oracle Financial Cloud Transformation is already in flight with two rollout dates in North America for Feb. and September 2025. Currently building out training materials and planning trainings/UAT for a group of 150+ superusers across the Country. This role will focus on the testing cycles.
You will work very closely with Deloitte and Stakeholders to plan testing cycles for this project. You will help drive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, relay change of scope in testing streams therefore we need someone with agility and excellent stakeholder managgement.

- 5+ years of experience in large-scale financial process and/or ERP-driven systems transformation with the same/similar role
- Experience with managing testing cycles within a financial systems transformation including identification of test scope, execution of test scenarios, reporting of test status and test conflict resolution
- Preferred experience with Jira, Oracle (EBS and/or Fusion Cloud) or another ERP package, OneStream and Apex Analytics
- Preferred experience working within a Big 4 or Strategy Consulting environment with similar scope
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to engage and lead a highly diverse set of stakeholders
-Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification required
