We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to develop and maintain e-learning content in video formats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a technical SaaS environment and be proficient in using various e-learning tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create engaging e-learning videos using tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
- Utilize Camtasia to transform graphic information into interactive e-learning content.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other training managers to ensure cohesive training programs.
- Design and create storyboards and learning experiences tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Engage in the creation, modification, and ongoing maintenance of e-learning content.
- Learn and apply WebEx technologies to enhance training materials.
- Proactively seek out information and use technology to build comprehensive content.
- Focus on executing content development rather than defining project parameters.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical SaaS environment.
