Job Description

The Technology Support Analyst will work with local and remote IT support teams. The Technology support Analyst maintains all desktop hardware, printers, and desktop software. The Technical Support Analyst's responsibilities will be to provide computer support for the printers, desktop hardware and other PC applications. Support duties include troubleshooting printers, copiers, computers / PCs, remote phone support and desktop software.

Required Skills & Experience

Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of helpdesk support experience
- O365 experience ability to support the environment (calendars, email groups, provisioning and troubleshooting)
- Ability to image devices (Lenovo, desktops, laptops and surfaces)
- Windows 11 support and troubleshooting
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with ServiceNow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with Jamf for MDM
-Experience working with Mac environment for Tier 1/2 support
