Certified Payroll Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Certified Payroll Specialist for a client in San Diego with a strong background in construction payroll. The ideal candidate will have experience running certified payroll, processing reports, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in submissions. This role involves working closely with a payroll manager, coordinator, and another certified payroll specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
· Process and submit certified payroll reports accurately and timely into DIR and Procore.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
· Operate QuickBooks Desktop for payroll processing.
· Collaborate daily with the payroll team to ensure smooth operations.
· Maintain meticulous records and support reporting with high accuracy.

Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in running certified payroll.
· Strong understanding of payroll processing and report submission.
· Background in construction (no specific trade required).
· Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, with experience in running payroll.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
